För ditt användarkonto och din licens är vi personuppgiftsansvariga. Uppgifterna om terapeutens kunder och djur (kundregister, journaler, bilder, fakturor) ansvarar terapeuten för. Där är vi personuppgiftsbiträde och behandlar uppgifterna bara för att leverera tjänsten, enligt terapeutens instruktioner.
Vi behandlar uppgifterna för att leverera tjänsten enligt avtalet med dig, för att fakturera licensen, för att uppfylla krav i bokföringslagen och för att hålla tjänsten säker. Vi säljer aldrig personuppgifter och använder dem inte för reklam.
Om du väljer att koppla din Google Kalender ber FysioLogg om två behörigheter:
calendar.app.created): FysioLogg skapar en egen kalender som heter FysioLogg i ditt Google-konto, lägger in dina bokningar där och läser ändringar du gör i den, så att en bokning som du flyttar eller tar bort i Google ändras i FysioLogg. FysioLogg kan inte läsa eller ändra dina andra kalendrar.calendar.freebusy): FysioLogg hämtar bara tidpunkter då du är upptagen i din kalender, för att visa dem som Upptaget i FysioLoggs kalender så att du inte dubbelbokar dig. Vi ser aldrig vad händelserna heter eller innehåller, och vi sparar inte tiderna.Vi sparar en nyckel från Google (krypterad), din Google-adress, id för kalendern FysioLogg och id för de händelser FysioLogg har skapat. Händelserna i kalendern FysioLogg innehåller djurets namn, kundens namn och telefon, tjänst och plats.
Data från Google används bara för att visa och synka din kalender i FysioLogg. Den delas inte med någon, används inte för reklam och används inte för att träna AI-modeller. Kopplar du bort Google Kalender under Inställningar raderar vi nyckeln och återkallar FysioLoggs åtkomst hos Google. Du kan också ta bort åtkomsten på myaccount.google.com/permissions.
FysioLoggs användning av information från Googles API:er följer Google API Services User Data Policy, inklusive kraven på begränsad användning (Limited Use).
Bjuder en terapeut in dig till EquiLogg kopplas ditt konto till dina kunduppgifter hos terapeuten. Du ser då informationen till kund i journalerna, bilder som terapeuten har markerat, bokningar och fakturor. Terapeutens egna anteckningar visas aldrig. Bilder du själv lägger upp sparas i en mapp som bara du kommer åt. Du kan koppla bort en terapeut eller radera ditt konto när du vill. Terapeutens journal finns då kvar hos terapeuten, som lagen kräver.
När en leverantör behandlar uppgifter utanför EU/EES sker det med EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler eller motsvarande skydd.
Konto- och företagsuppgifter sparas så länge du använder tjänsten. Journaler sparas så länge terapeuten behöver dem enligt sina skyldigheter. Fakturor och licensfakturor sparas i sju år enligt bokföringslagen. När ett konto avslutas raderas uppgifterna, utom det som lagen kräver att vi sparar.
All trafik är krypterad. Åtkomst styrs per företag och roll i databasen, filer är privata och delas bara med tidsbegränsade länkar, och journaler kan låsas så att de inte kan ändras i efterhand.
Du har rätt att få veta vilka uppgifter vi har om dig, få dem rättade eller raderade, begränsa behandlingen och få ut dem i ett läsbart format. Gäller det kunduppgifter hos en terapeut, vänd dig i första hand till terapeuten. Kontakta oss på admin@fysiologg.se. Du kan också klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

We are the controller for your user account and licence. The therapist is the controller for their clients’ and animals’ data (client records, journals, images, invoices); we process that data as a processor, only to provide the service and on the therapist’s instructions.
We use the data to provide the service under our agreement with you, to invoice the licence, to meet accounting law and to keep the service secure. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, FysioLogg asks for two permissions:
calendar.app.created): FysioLogg creates a calendar of its own named FysioLogg in your Google account, adds your bookings to it and reads changes you make there, so that a booking you move or delete in Google changes in FysioLogg. FysioLogg cannot read or change your other calendars.calendar.freebusy): FysioLogg only reads the times when you are busy, to show them as Busy in FysioLogg’s calendar so you do not double-book. We never see the titles or contents of your events, and we do not store these times.We store an encrypted token from Google, your Google address, the id of the FysioLogg calendar and the ids of the events FysioLogg created. Events in the FysioLogg calendar contain the animal’s name, the client’s name and phone, the service and the place.
Data from Google is used only to show and sync your calendar in FysioLogg. It is not shared with anyone, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. When you disconnect Google Calendar in Settings we delete the token and revoke FysioLogg’s access at Google. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
FysioLogg’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When a therapist invites you to EquiLogg, your account is linked to your client record with that therapist. You see the client information in the journals, images the therapist marked, bookings and invoices; the therapist’s own notes are never shown. Photos you upload are stored in a folder only you can access. You can disconnect a therapist or delete your account at any time; the therapist’s journal stays with the therapist, as the law requires.
Supabase (database, sign-in and files, stored in Stockholm, EU), Vercel (hosting, server functions in Stockholm), Postmark (e-mail delivery), Stripe (card payment of the licence, if chosen) and Google (calendar sync, if connected). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards apply.
Account and business data is kept while you use the service; journals as long as the therapist needs them under their obligations; invoices for seven years under Swedish accounting law. When an account is closed, its data is deleted except what the law requires us to keep. All traffic is encrypted, access is controlled per business and role, files are private and shared only through time-limited links, and journals can be locked.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing and to receive your data in a readable format. For client data held by a therapist, contact the therapist first. We only use cookies needed for sign-in and your settings (language, appearance); no advertising or tracking cookies.
